Once you have made a reservation, 50% of the total rental amount is due, the balance being due 8 weeks prior to occupation.Payment may be made by the following means;

Stays for less than 1 week there will be an additional charge of £20 per night, minimum stay 3 nights. Availability may restricted for short stays during peak times.
